Lastminut.com animation
A D&AD student awards brief where we had to create awareness of lastminute.com by turning the world pink. The target audience was adventurous, wealthy and living in a choice of top cities around Europe. 100% magenta pink was the only pink to be used and the solution should include the tag line ‘Live every lastminute.com’. It was an open brief so any type of media could be used. Using Paris as my location I set about creating a fast-paced and spontaneous atmosphere. The clip portrays what different activities (which are highlighted in 100% magenta) people could do for a day in Paris by using lastminute.com. The idea was that the characters could be viewed as the same people, but at different times throughout the day, which supports the spontaneity and fast paced flow I was trying to portray.
